ATTENTION : ALL PLAYERS

As you are all no doubt aware, the forecast for the remainder of this week foreshadows rain through to Friday, with fine weather slated for the weekend.

In the event of inclement weather and grounds being washed out, please refer to the following contingency plan as put forward by the Executive Committee:

If the scheduled Saturday games are washed out :
Where possible games between those teams finishing the regular season in positions 3 and 4 on the competition ladder will take precedence and be relocated to grounds deemed playable on the day
Where games are NOT able to be relocated on the day due to availability of playable grounds, these games may be moved to a Sunday time slot in order to give all teams a fair and reasonable chance

If games between those teams finishing in positions 3 and 4 are relocated to an alternative ground deemed playable OR rescheduled to a Sunday time slot, displacing the scheduled 1 vs. 2 game :
Games between 1 vs. 2 will be cancelled with the team finishing the regular season in first place automatically moving through to the Finals
Accordingly, the team finishing in 2nd place will play the winner of the rescheduled 3 vs. 4 game

Please ensure this information is passed on to all coaches, managers and players to ensure they are aware of the possibility of games being relocated, rescheduled and/or cancelled in order to give all teams the fairest opportunity at this point of the Competition.
